1a. Where can I change my data ?
In your personal configuration screen (after log in – My account) on the upper right border of the site, changing some data such as name, e-mail address, the delivery and invoicing address, is always possible.
1b. I forget my password. What next ?
Go to “Log In” on the upper right border of the screen. Click on “Did you forget your password?”. Type your e-mail address in the appropriate compartment. An e-mail, containing the password, will immediately been send to your e-mail address.
1c. I cannot log in. Impossible to add a product to my shopping cart.
Probably your browser (Internet Explorer) cannot accept “cookies” or the security level is defined too high.

1e. Where can I find your General Terms and Conditions ?

Goods supplied to EU countries are subject to VAT (21%) unless the buyer is registered for VAT. When supplied a valid EU VAT number we will verify this number with our Local VAT Office. When this number is cleared we will ship the order without VAT outside of Belgium.
2a. How to pay my order ?
Payment to LASYSTEMS can be done in the following way:
- Payment by bank account (wire transfert)
2b. Payment by credit card
We accept Master card and Visa.
On payment by credit card, you are conducted to our special section “ Payment Service Provider of Ogone”, secured with SSL. When paying by credit card, the CVC2-code will be requested. This number represents the last 3 digits of the number on the backside of your credit card. This number is asked for confirmation of your identity and to be sure the credit card is effectively in your possession. Besides, the data of your credit card are nowhere stored. Via the payment menu we are communicating directly with the credit card companies and the total amount of your order is charged on the credit card. The data of the credit card never enter into possession of LASYSTEMS.
Associated with fraud we are obliged to practice following rules:
- addressing to post office boxes is not possible
2c. What are the Bonus points that I get for my order ?
On each purchase from LASYSEMS bonus points are automatically saved. The more you save bonus points, the more you can select pleasant articles in our Bonus Present Shop.
In the configuration screen (after log in) on the right upper border of the site, you can consult 24 hours a day, the actual available balance of your Bonus Points. Also you find here a survey of your transactions.
2d. I don’t reside in Belgium, what is IBAN code ?
The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is a bank account number for standardizing payment service across European borders. The IBAN number contains sufficiently information for identifying both the bank and the beneficiary. By means of a payment across the European borders, the IBAN number allows automatic payment transfer without mistake to the bank of the beneficiary.

3. Time of delivery
3a. What is the delivery time for my order ?
The planned time of delivery depends on different factors : mode of payment, mode of despatch and the stock situation.
The most rapid way of delivery is by payment with credit card asking for express delivery (not available to all articles, give attention to the icon). If the article is available on our website and you are ordering before 14h30 CET, we despatch your order the next working day during the office hours. Orders placed this way during weekend or holidays, will be despatched the second working day on your address in the Benelux. So far express despatch outside the Benelux is not possible.
Orders placed with credit card, mentioning “standard” despatch or “collected goods”, have a time of delivery of 3 to 6 working days.
Orders placed with the option "bank wire transfert", have a time of delivery between 7 and 12 working days.
Orders from other countries of the EU are delivered by standard courier service GLS.
Each non-express delivery is labeled with a unique tracking number, so the follow up of your parcel is easy.
3b. What to do if my order is not despatched within the time of delivery agreed on ?
Delivery time will be respected up to 99 % of the orders, but any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are only approximate. Time of delivery shall not be the essence. If it should be impossible to deliver a parcel in due time, you always will be informed by e-mail. In your configuration screen (after login) on the upper right border, the actual status of your order can be followed.
If time of delivery is exceeded, the producer will always been inquired and you are informed immediately by e-mail if important delay could take place.
3c. How can I verify the status of my order ?
The status of your order can always been controlled by means of your personnel configuration screen on the website. Click on “your orders” then click on the button “more info”.
In the summery below you see the status and its meaning:
Your order is treated and the articles, if on stock, are despatched as soon as possible.
The article is not on stock and has been ordered to our supplier. We expect a soon delivery. We are sorry but the exact date of delivery cannot yet been communicated at this moment.
If you ordered 2 or more products and status of one product is “in stock” and an other product “not in stock”, in that case we wait for delivery in order to complete despatch of the goods.
The goods are despatched and will soon be delivered by GLS.
4a. What are the transport charges ?
All orders are only shipped after funding has been received and fully cleared. We do not ship outside Europe at this moment. All shipping prices include "standard delivery". Lasystems uses GLS as the primary carrier for most items. Should you require faster service, GLS EXPRESS next business day service is available for many products "in stock at warehouse of supplier" at an extra cost. Delivery of all orders is made only during regular business hours (8h00 to 18h00 CET).

4b. Article on stock ! Can I collect it directly ?
On this moment we sell almost 80000 articles. The stock of these articles is located in different warehouses.
The option of Immediate collecting different articles is NEVER possible because transport to our own warehouse in Asse (B) must be arranged first for assembling the goods in one collecting point
4c. Where can I pickup my order ?
After receipt of confirmation that your order is ready for collecting, please contact us at our address LASYSTEMS, Brusselsesteenweg 208, 1730 Asse (Belgium).
Collecting hours: Tuesday 10h00 to 19h00, Thursday 10h00 to 15h00, Friday and Saturday from 10h00 to 16h00.
4d. Ordering non- available products
Despatch will occur if the order is complete and all articles are available. Please give different orders if direct delivery of the available articles is preferred. Group the “available articles” in one order and the “non available articles” in an other (next) order. By this way you no longer need waiting on non-available articles or articles only possible on special demand.
5b. How to receive offers of the newsletter by e-mail ?
Our free of charge newsletter in the shape of an e-mail contains top articles, spectacular offers and special discounts. Only the newsletter enables profit of the offers and discounts. Report yourself here for the newsletter and receive on a regular basis our e-mail with newest successful products and spectacular offers.
5c. Companies, schools, associations and public institutions in Belgium
For these customers the possibility eventually exists for payment of the invoices within 8 days date of invoice, according to our General Terms and Conditions and after acceptance of the financial file by our credit institution.
