How can I get Bonus Points ?
Each item or service in our on-line store is assigned a "bonus point earned" value. When you purchase these products, you will accumulate the points associated with the product. The more you buy, the more points you get. It is that simple. The number of Bonus Points awarded for each item is shown for the particular item concerned.
What can I get for those Bonus Points ?
Your Bonus Points can be redeem for a choice selection of fine rewards. This selection is updated frequently to give you more products to choose from.
How do I redeem my Bonus Points ?
Once you have collected sufficient Bonus Points, you can exchange these for valuable rewards in the "Rewards" section of our site.
When will my points show on my account ?
Bonus Points are validated 14-20 days after your order is shipped. If your order was not completed for any reason (Example: cancellation, refund, collection errors), the points for that order will not count.
On my BONUS BASKET, I see POINTS and PENDING POINTS. What do they mean ?
POINTS show the total points that are available for redemption. PENDING POINTS show the total number of Bonus Points that are waiting to be validated (14-20 days from the day your order is shipped).
Can I transfer the points to somebody else ?
No, bonus points can not be transferred to another party.
Why is the points on the bonus items changed sometimes ?
Because the item's market prices may change, points can change as well. If the supply on the items become short, it can also be removed. This rarely happens.
How do I become a member of the BONUS PROGRAM ?
To become a member you must register with us. This will enable us to track your bonus points. You may register with us at any time by going to the "New Customer Register" button on the home page. If you do not register, you will not be eligible for the Bonus Points Program. By registering on the bonus program, the participant accepts the terms and conditions from lasystems.eu. A right to participate does not exist.
Participation requirements
The bonus program is open to all natural persons who reside within the European Union area. Registration on the bonus program may only take place online. Each participant may open no more than one bonus points account.
